A Proper Boiler Service in West Lothian, Glasgow & Edinburgh.

Our standard Boiler Service takes between 45-60 minutes. A Full strip down service should be carried out typically every 5 years or as specified by the manufacturer. This includes Cleaning out the burner, heat exchanger, replacing seals and electrodes. This can also need done sooner if the test readings are out showing that the heat exchanger needs cleaned out.

What's included in our standard boiler service.

We service each boiler to its specific manufacture's requirements including the following on a standard boiler service.

Flue gas analysis.
Check if there are any leaks and corrosion on water and gas pipes.
Diagnose boiler for faults.
Inspect to determine if all seals are in good condition.
Ensure the flue is functioning correctly.
Clean condensate trap.
Clean Magnetic filter.
Re-charge expansion vessel
Gas safety 26.9 checks.
